The Website is operated by Knox Code (“the Seller,” “we,” “us,” “our”), the owner of the brand. The customer (“you,” “your”) refers to any natural person of legal age who is not acting within the context of a profession or business, with whom the Seller establishes an Agreement.

APPLICABILITY OF TERMS OF USE
These Terms govern the agreements and legal relationships between Knox Code and the Customer concerning the use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of products available on the Website.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND COMPLETION
1. Order Placement
Customers can place orders on the Website by following these steps:
• Select the desired product, style, color, and size.
• Add the product to the cart.
• Complete personal and shipping details during checkout.
• Review and confirm the information provided.
• Choose a payment method and process the payment.
• Receive an email acknowledging the order placement (this does not confirm payment or order completion).
If the email address provided is incorrect, Knox Code cannot guarantee communication regarding order confirmation or updates.
2. Discount Codes
Knox Code may offer discount codes or store credit in specific cases, such as:
• Returns requiring store credit
• Special promotional events or exceptional circumstances
Personal discount codes can only be used once and must be redeemed in full during a single transaction.
3. Order Completion
After placing an order, Knox Code will:
• Verify order details and address accuracy
• Confirm product availability
• Confirm receipt of payment
• Accept or reject the order
Customers will receive an email confirming whether the order has been accepted and is being processed for shipment.
4. Order Rejection
The Seller reserves the right to reject orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Incomplete, incorrect, or false information provided
• Non-receipt of payment
• Previous instances of noncompliance or inconvenience caused by the Customer
• Obvious errors in pricing
• Inability to deliver to the provided address
If an order is rejected, the Knox Code will notify the Customer promptly.
PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Certain products offered by Knox Code may be available as pre-order or made-to-order.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Production and delivery may take up to 6 weeks
• All timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or factors outside of our control
Pre-orders allow us to maintain quality, intention, and limited production for each drop.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–10 business days after completion (excluding pre-orders). All shipments are made via carriers designated by Knox Code, and carrier changes are not permitted. During promotional periods, shipping delays may occur.
Customers will be notified of delays or changes via email and Knox Code social media pages.
2. Address Accuracy
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted, Knox Code is not liable for delivery delays or failures.
3. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Any issues prior to delivery must be reported to Customer Support at our business email, including the order number and details of the issue.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. Prices
All prices on the Website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are additional unless specified otherwise.
2. Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply to the Agreement.
3. Payment
Payments must be completed using methods available on the Website. Payment must be received in full before order fulfillment.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns may be issued as store credit only.
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Pre-order items
• Made-to-order items
• Discounted or sale items
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including sizing, shipping address, and product selection.
RETURNS
If a Customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase, they may return products within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items purchased at a discounted price will also receive store credit only.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By completing a purchase with Knox Code, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
• Permanent banning from future purchases
• Submission of evidence to your payment provider
We reserve the right to take further action if necessary.

2. Response Time
Customer Support will respond within 7 business days of receiving the inquiry.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
1. Warranty
Under applicable law, Knox Code ensures that products meet contractual standards. Customers must inspect items upon receipt and report defects within 14 days. Proof of defects, such as photos, is required.
Knox Code is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, washing, or handling by the Customer.
2. Liability
Knox Code is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the purchase price.
FORCE MAJEURE
Knox Code is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or supplier failures.
ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
While we strive for accuracy, Knox Code does not guarantee that all information on the Website is error-free. If errors are found, please contact us immediately.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
Customers may only use Website content for personal or internal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
Knox Code is not liable for any damages, including viruses, arising from access to or use of the Website.
